  • A Community Development Corporation providing microenterprise assistance and sponsor of Think Local Umpqua, an independent business alliance.  NeighborWorks Umpqua runs Umpqua Local Goods in partnership with Phoenix School. Umpqua Local Goods features local products and houses a commercial kitchen available by the hour. Dreamsavers another program under NeighborWorks Umpqua assist you with saving money for college, starting a business, enrolling in a job training program, or buying a home. Dream$avers is an Individual Development Account or IDA program designed to help Coos, Curry and Douglas County residents reach for a brighter future.
